Look, we’ve all had issues where thereโs no apparrent quick fix.
So we open a case.
However, your case workers keeps sending the same response over and over.
With no actual guidance or solution to help you.
Solution.
Request to escalate to leadership, immediately.
Dont say anything else.
Only reply with โEscalate to leadershipโ
Youโll know youโve reached the right spot once a case worker responds with โThis is X with Leadershipโ or the like.
Theyโre able to often fix issues and find solutions far faster than your base line case worker.
So keep pushing for them until you reach them.
It can take several asks so dont get frustrated.

Another overlooked solution is requesting a call.
Amazon normally responds within minutes.
And can be a faster resolution than leveraging case work via email.
In both cases, make sure you have all details on hand.
Donโt make the mistake of submitting vague tickets.
Always include identifiers, ASINs, and screenshots to avoid delays.

There are plenty of ways to find solutions to your issues.
And escalating to leadership or requesting a call can often get you on top of urgent problems quickly.
DM me โRBSโ if you have any back-end issues you need support with. Iโd be happy to help.
